Josephine Lau Jessen (1994) is a Danish artist and educator. She works with interdisciplinary research moving between film, writing, & science and the connections beyond them. In her work, she focuses on the human-environment connection and highlight the importance of the human relationship with natural cycles. Her films are inspired by deep ecology, embodiment practices and feminist ideas of how stories and myths reweave our visions for the world. She is currently living between Copenhagen and at Vækstcenteret in Nørre Snede, where she has been receiving teaching in meditation since 2021.
